BIRTHDAY

The birthday, in one album — no WhatsApp archaeology.

Guests scan the QR code on the table and send photos directly. No apps. No sign-ups. No scrambling through social media the day after.

A birthday party is fast — a few hours, a lot of people, everyone snapping. The next day the birthday person opens WhatsApp and sees twenty chats with three photos each, half too dark or from the wrong angle. The best shots are usually held by people you never swapped numbers with.

QR Moment fixes this with a single code. Guests scan, pick which photos they want to share, upload. Everything flows into the birthday person's private gallery. Most photos arrive within a day — while the impressions are fresh, while they still feel like something.

Working without an app means even guests who usually ignore this kind of thing join in easily. And you have time (up to 6 months, depending on your tier) to download everything, build an album, or simply look back whenever you miss the night.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the QR code work if the venue's Wi-Fi is spotty? +
Scanning the QR works without internet — it's just a link that opens a page. Uploading photos does need a connection, but mobile data is enough. The page auto-retries failed uploads, so missed photos do not exist.
What if a guest accidentally sends something inappropriate? +
From the admin panel you delete any photo in one click, before or after it becomes visible. Alternatively: the moderation mode holds every upload for your approval before it appears in the gallery.
Is it suitable for a children's birthday? +
Yes — parents usually pick the moderation mode. Guests (other parents) collect photos throughout the party, you as host review and approve, the children don't access the content directly. A separate link can be sent to each parent afterwards so they can download just their own family's shots.
