How it works
What is qrmoment.app? +
qrmoment.app is a private gallery for your event — wedding, confirmation, first communion, baptism, birthday, or anniversary. We set it up, send you a QR poster, and your guests scan to share their photos and videos directly with you. No app, no guest accounts.
How do we set it up for our event? +
You order a package and we email you a setup link. Enter your names, an optional welcome message, and a photo. You then download the A4 QR poster, print it, and place it on your tables or at the entrance.
How do guests send photos? +
Guests scan the QR code with their phone, the page opens in their browser, they pick photos from camera or gallery, and upload. The whole flow takes under 30 seconds.
Guests
Do guests need an app or an account? +
No. Everything runs in the mobile browser — no installs, no accounts. Adding a nickname to their photos is fully optional.
Does it work on every phone? +
Yes. All modern iPhone and Android phones are supported. If an upload ever fails, guests can simply retry — no photos are lost.
How many guests can participate? +
On Edition and Collection there is no guest limit — whether you have 50 or 500 people, everyone can upload in parallel. Preview (the free trial) is capped at 3 nicknames and 10 photos because it's intended for testing, not a real event.
Privacy & security
Who can see our photos? +
Only you and the guests with the link. The gallery is not public and not indexed by search engines. We never share content and never use it for advertising or training AI models.
Where is the data stored? +
All infrastructure is located exclusively inside the European Union, with established GDPR-compliant providers.
Can a guest remove a photo they sent by mistake? +
Yes. Each guest sees a ✕ button next to their own uploads and can remove them from the same device. For anything else the guest contacts you, the event owner.
Quality & limits
Are photos compressed? +
Photos arrive in near-original quality, suitable for printing and editing. You can download the originals in one ZIP after the event.
Can guests send videos? +
Yes, on Collection. Short clips up to 2 minutes and 200 MB are supported; clips under 60 seconds give the best gallery experience. Edition is photos only — pick Collection (or upgrade later) if you want video.
Moderation & sharing
Can we review photos before they appear? +
Yes, on Collection. In event settings you choose "review first" and manually approve each photo, or "auto-approve" and photos appear immediately for guests. You can switch modes mid-event. Edition is auto-approve only.
Can we delete something after the event? +
Yes, any time. From your admin panel you can delete individual photos, hide them from guests, or delete the whole event.
After the event
How long do photos stay available? +
Retention depends on tier: Edition 30 days, Collection 6 months from the event date. Within that window you download everything at full resolution (a single ZIP), share with family, and build an album. Anything you've downloaded stays yours forever.
Can we download everything at once? +
Yes. The admin panel has a "download all" button that builds a ZIP archive with every photo at full resolution.
