A confirmation happens once. Church, family, lunch at the godmother's, one or two conversations that stay in memory for decades. Photos from that day usually end up scattered — the photographer shoots the formal part, but the best scenes are caught by godparents and relatives on their phones, then lost between WhatsApp and Google Photos.

QR Moment brings everything into a single gallery under your control. Guests scan the code by the table or entrance, pick photos from their phone, upload them. The candidate gets the full album by the end of the day, without having to chase relatives across social media.

Every photo is kept in the EU through the retention window of your tier (up to 6 months). Private by default — only the people you share the link with can see them. Whenever you like, you download everything at full resolution and turn it into a family album.

Frequently asked questions

Can we close the gallery before the retention window ends? +
Yes. From the admin panel you can delete any single photo, or the whole event, at any time. Deletion is irreversible and takes effect within 24 hours.
Can anyone outside the family see the confirmation photos? +
No. The gallery only opens through a unique link given to you. Without the link no one can access it, and nothing is ever indexed by Google or posted publicly.
How do we get the physical QR poster? +
In the admin panel there's a "download poster" button — you pick one of 10 designs and get a print-ready A4 PDF. Any copy-shop will print it, or you can print at home.
