BACHELOR PARTY

The bachelor party, without next-day WhatsApp reconnaissance.

The crew scans a QR code and sends photos directly. The groom reviews later at leisure — what goes into the album is his call, not an algorithm's.

A bachelor party is chaotic by nature — many venues, many people, many drinks, some things not meant for tomorrow let alone for keeps. But there are also moments that stay forever: the best friend's speech, a scene from the cab, the moment everyone collapses laughing for no reason.

QR Moment gives you one elegant code for the whole night. The crew scans, picks photos, uploads. Everything ends up in the groom's private gallery — moderation mode is recommended here, so he decides later what stays and what doesn't.

Worth noting: guests can self-delete their own uploads after the fact. If someone wakes up with a clearer head and decides something shouldn't be in the album, they can remove their own contribution. Nothing stays against anyone's will.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we hide certain photos from the rest of the crew? +
Yes. Moderation mode means nothing is visible to other guests until the groom or host approves. Individual photos can be hidden (they stay in the download but don't show in the gallery) or fully deleted at any time.
Does it work when we hit several venues in one night? +
Yes. One QR code covers the whole night regardless of how many venues you hit. Most clients recommend printing a small QR card to carry in a wallet — always accessible, anywhere.
Can the groom only see the album after the bachelor party? +
Yes. Typical setup: the bachelor-party organizer sets the event up in their own name, guests upload through the night, everything sits in moderation. The next day, or whenever the organizer decides, the link is sent to the groom so he can review and approve.
