Those moments usually end up scattered across WhatsApp chats, Instagram stories, and the phones of a hundred different people. Within a week or two, half disappear. QR Moment brings everything into a single private gallery — guests scan, pick photos from their phone, upload, and it is all there.

You choose whether everything is instantly visible or you approve each shot before it appears in the gallery. Photos stay in the gallery for the retention window of your tier. You can download them at full resolution, build an album, or simply leave them there — they are yours, we just keep them safe.

Frequently asked questions

How many QR codes do we need for a wedding? +
A single QR code covers the whole event — the same code a guest scans at the table works during the first dance and the cake-cutting too. Typically we put a QR poster at the entrance, a small version on each table, and one next to the cake. You get all of these as print-ready PDFs when we set up your event.
How do we control which photos become visible? +
You choose the mode upfront: automatic (everything appears instantly when a guest submits) or approval (photos wait for your review before other guests see them). You can switch modes mid-event from the admin panel — for example automatic until dinner, approval afterwards once the dancing heats up.
How long do the photos stay available after the wedding? +
Retention depends on your tier — Edition is 30 days, Collection is 6 months from the wedding date. Within that window you can download everything (a single ZIP with every photo at full resolution), pick the best for an album, and share the link with family. After the window ends the gallery is archived; anything you downloaded stays yours forever.
